Calgeotech Engineering Consultants, Inc. is a geotechnical (soil) engineering firm established 2010, providing professional soil reports, geotechnical reports, and foundation reports for residential and commercial projects. From foundation settlement evaluations to liquefaction, expansive soils, slope stability, retaining wall performance, erosion, and drainage concerns, our team helps you understand site conditions early—so you can build smarter, reduce risk, and avoid costly surprises. We also support construction-phase success with materials testing (compaction and concrete testing) and construction monitoring when required.

Now we can provide geotechnical drilling in a timely manner and at a
competitive price. Our limited access rig can drill borings in the limited
access areas up to 25 ft, and our trailer mounted rig can drill up to 50 ft
below ground. Below are the tasks we can do: • Call for underground
utility clearance (USA) for free • Apply for drilling permit for the cost of
permit plus 5% • Drilling up to 50 ft • Sampling every 5 ft using Modcal
(MC) or Standard Penetration Test (SPT) samplers • Soil testing of the
samples per ASTM standard • Log and profile soil using gINT program
